It’s inevitable that there will be an accident caused by the negligence of the staff and the imperfection of the facilities. To solve this problem, the hotels must create a department named Emergency Management that focuses in the form of security and safety of the hotels. According to the article of Ahmad Rasmi Al Battat and Ahmad Puad Mat Som with the tittle Safety Security and Loss Prevention During Hospitality Emergencies on Tuesday, 02 September 2014, Emergency management is a role that very important in the hospitality industry, because the job of this department is to provide the highest levels of safety standards and security ensures good marketing for the hotels. This article discussed several topics; there are the emergency management and loss prevention. First is emergency management. Emergency management is one of very important aspect that must be owned by a hotel industry. How can it be like that? It can be like that because; this aspect concerns the security and safety of the hotel guests. If a hotel has a lower levels of safety and security, it will make a bad impression for the hotel, and also hinder the hotel business development. While, if the hotel has the highest levels of safety and security, it will make our guests feel safe and comfortable to stay in our hotel and it is very good for the hotel business development. This is the some ways to avoid the great risk the possibility of a moment caused by natural disasters. In this case, emergency department using research methods to measure how big the impact is to be overcome before it happens.
